AMA's

So the AMA's took place last night and it was a night to remember; I felt that Janet Jackson did a good job by opening the show. Daughtry & Shakira did a pretty okay job; they were my favorite but they weren't bad. Jay-Z & Alicia Keys were one of my favorite performences; I love that track. Moving on to Lady Gaga we all know that the breakthrough artist award was her's; I mean we still are trying to figure out who the hell is Gloriana, lol. Her performance was also one of my other favorite's; she never dissapoints. The Black Eyed Peas killed it with their performance, "Meet Me Half Ways" loved it. Rihanna wasn't my favorite at all; I don't know to me there was nothing special at all. Timbaland & Nelly Furtado did a fair job; Emine was good. But I guess my favorite over all were Jennifer Lopez & Adam Lambert; I loved the whole theme Jennifer Lopez did and I'm loving the track as well. And yes she did fall while performing but she picked herself up and continued doing her thing like nothing happen. I'l included a video with her performance

The night included other artist performing like Whitney, Carrie, Green Day... but besides the performances they were award given out and the King Of Pop Mr. MJ received two. Closing the night was the amazing Adam Lambet; his new track FYE is good; but his performance was the one that everyone is talking about today. I will say it was different but I loved it, to me nothing was wrong, I mean its 2009 and he's a performer he is suppose to keep us entertained. The guy on guy kiss and all the touching was fun; I also will post a video of his performance. Over this year the AMA's was great for the mpost part every performer that took the stage did an amazing job.

Melrose Place.

So I never really watched the original Melrose Place back in the '90's but I was excited to see the remake; I love the new 90210 and was excited to see how they would recreate the iconic show. Right from the start I fell in love with the actors they casted: Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Jessica Lucas, Katie Cassidy, and Stephanie Jacabson; I eventually also fell in love with the males too. The big questtion was "Who from the original Melrose was coming back?" The season started off weak; ratings haven't really improved since its September 8 debut. But I have grown to love the characters, storylines, and over all show.

The Comeback Kid.

So I'm back "AGAIN" the last time I posted something was back in March; at the time I had broken up with Jake in January and then I started talking to David in Feb. This with David were pretty interesting and fun we never officially gave wach other titles as boyfriends or anything of that sort and I think thats why we had a pretty good relationship. The relationship between David and I lasted from Feb-Aug; the two of us just decided to remain good friends. I then put my focus into work and writing, I've been working on a short novel titled 'The life of Derrick James' i might change the title; in August I also took a vacation to Cancun; it was amazinh out there nothing but fun. I had to get used to the sticky, humid weather but the water amazing, the people friendly, It was a blast, Rosemary went as well the two of us spend seven great days out three doing all sort of things. A few short thats after returning back from Cancun I began to talk to a new guy by the name of Chris. It was just friend talk at first but the more we bgan to learn about one another the more I began to take an interest in this guy. August turned into September and September turned into October; then on Ocotber 18 Chris and I became official. I was excited to start a new relationship; the two of us spend as much time as we could together. Everything seemed to be going great then exactly one month after getting together [Monday November 16]; we bumped into a little situation. So Chris' parents found out he was bisexual and kicked him out the house; he was scared and didnt know what to do. He said he lost everything and needed a few days to kick himself up; so I respected his decision and gave him a few days to know what to do. It's been almost a week and I still havent heard from him but I talked to his bff and she told me he had moved in with his father and was doing good; I was glad to hear he was doing much better but it made me realize that he really didnt need me around. So I've decided to forget about Chris and move on; as much as I do like the guy I feel hes better off without me. Thats why I'm back here; to work on my writing, enjoy life, and have fun. I'm too young to be in a relationship. While in cancun we took a bunch of pictures, I'll include a few links here and I'll upload the rest soon ;)
