Something I call recap...
So January came and went by fast; or at least that’s what I thought. I’ve been sticking to my new years resolutions (all four of them.) Lately I’ve been searching for a new job; I applied at Forever 21 but will see if that works out. My writing has been going great; I wish I had more time for it though (hopefully in the upcoming weeks.) In the begging of the month (January) I had my infamous date with David and everyone said why? But it was more of a catching up thing; I hadn’t seen the guy since August right before I went to Cancun. We talked over coffee and caught up with each other’s life, it was good. But I thought a lot about it and it just something I want to go back to; I think we are great friends and always will be great friends but that is all. During January there was lots of rain which I enjoyed (everyone that knows me personally knows that rain is my favorite thing.) Now we move on to February, it started off really quiet and slow (for my taste) work at fye continues to be a drag but hey its work. My plans to head to New York this year are still ago; so Brooke I’m most there. I know I’ve been saying that for years now but this year I’ll be out there for sure (I promise you.) Now let me tell you guys about my date last night; I had been talking to this new guy and our conversations where so much fun. We would go on talking about all sort of things, anything from music, to tv, to work, to school, and about our lives. I enjoyed all our talks and I told him that it had been forever that I talked to a person and just feel freely to talk about anything; there was just something about him that made me be myself even though we really didn’t know each other. Last night we decided to go out on a date; and it was perfect. I know I might have given him the impression that I wasn’t enjoying my time with him but I really did; sometimes my nervousness kicks in and that’s what happened last night. I like it when a guy can just talk and make me smile/laugh and he has a few stories that did just that. But our dinner and the movie (Dear John) couldn’t have been any better. He’s an amazing guy to pass the time with and he being cute is just a plus (: it kind of sucked when we had to call it a night. But I don’t think it’s the last time we will go out/hang out. February is going to be a good month; I’m really excited to see what more this month brings…
